Hi GekkeBelg,
For an independent review, we will proceed with sharing the relevant details of your case with a third party - Askgamblers, as you've suggested. We appreciate your patience during this process.
So, as you can see (
https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/coinplay-casino-closing-account-and-confiscating-winnings-with-no-further-justification) the independent review by Askgamblers has been completed and they judge that you have not provided valid proof for the confiscation of my winnings. So Askgamblers ruled in my favour and your rating has been lowered from 7.3 to 5.8 on there.
Now it's time to pay me out my winnings. I am giving you up until Friday to re-instate my Coinplay account with the winnings on it. I will withdraw them and never come back. No further actions will be taken and you can keep your "information which was too sensitive to share with Askgamblers" to yourself. This topic will be closed and I will post a message that it has been resolved.
But, if you don't pay me then a flag will be created and your topic will have a scam warning all over it. All the efforts and money you put into your active signature campaign will be for nothing. Think wisely about your decision.
As an independent user, I must say that resorting to blackmail isn't the best approach to resolve this issue. It's important to remember that Coinplay has returned your deposit, even though they might have had the right to withhold it based on their Terms and Conditions. This gesture shows that they tried to address the situation fairly.
Additionally, playing on so many sportsbooks could raise suspicions about your intentions. While I understand that you're frustrated, I suggest considering a more constructive way to express your concerns. Remember, mutual understanding and compromise can go a long way in resolving conflicts. Good luck!
As an independent user, I must say that I think you have a horrible take.
This isn't blackmail. And the compromise already happened. He agreed to let a third party review the situation and agreed to honor the decision.
The decision was made in his favor. Now the site is ghosting him.
Also, there's nothing wrong with signing up for however many sportsbooks you want. I've likely signed up for closer to 100 sites over the past 15 years, always looking to find the best options out there.
