After ensuring victory in the champions league, now manchester city will focus again on the EPL match this week and the opponent will be Leicester. We know Leicester are currently in the relegation zone and therefore they have just brought in new coach Dean Smith.
Changing the coach to avoid relegation has become a new trend right now since some clubs were able to perform so well under the new coach but it seems like that will not be applicable for chelsea which still continues to get bad result in EPL.
Well, you're right, Chelsea actually backfired for those who failed to take a coach. This season could be a reference for other clubs to reconsider if they want to change coaches. As a result, under Lampard's tutelage, we actually cannot see further, because this is still in the early stages. Maybe we'll give Lampard time to get Chelsea back on track. Especially as a big Premier League club requires the coach to be more long-term thinking.

So far for Chelsea in the Premier League, it is impossible to escape, they are increasingly shrinking which means that Lampard is also likely to be replaced next season as his current contract is still temporary.
Some clubs such as Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Leeds Utd, Wolves and Crystal Palace had experience improvement in their position in the league and in their bid towards escaping relegation while other clubs are unlucky Southampton, Chelsea, Everton and Tottenham are all struggling for a better position on league, however the main focus and spotlight is on Chelsea who spent over $350 million on signings yet couldn't produce better result in the league, Graham Potter who club owner believe will lead the club to the top of the league unfortunately all his expectations and hope was dashed due to poor runs, now that Lampard was appointed a lot of Chelsea supporters wouldn't expect any positive mpact on the club.
