Lampard is not a successful coach who has a lot of experience, on the contrary, Lampard has failed to manage several teams and at the moment Chelsea has no other choice so for a while they appointed Lampard as coach.

At this point, Chelsea does not need an inexperienced coach, issues will only get worst if a not so well experienced person is allowed to coach the team..
I know Lampard as a really good player in his days, but it's absolutely inappropriate to compare playing abilities to coaching abilities, this are two different things, a good player does not necessarily mean the player will make a good coach.
Right now, Chelsea does not need a trial and luck kind of person as coach, they need a coach with proven skills, knowledge and experience, someone that can bring the team out of their present predicament.
