anything can still happen in this fight. even though I favored Real Madrid in this fight. but yeah I can also say that Chelsea played pretty well for these first few minutes. but we didn't know after the match heated up towards the end of the first half.
The first goal has been created now and Madrid excelled through Benzema's goal some time ago.
It will be even more difficult for Chelsea if they can't get out of Madrid's rhythm because looking at the current conditions it seems that Madrid are very comfortable with possession of the ball and the attacks they are carrying out.
On the other hand, with this 1 goal, of course I don't think they will be complacent and this could be the start for a few more goals in a match that is still a long way off at the moment.
As expected the early lead has been taken by Real Madrid and truly I wasn't expecting anything less as Chelsea are currently in their worst form for some time now and they have struggling seriously in the league so no expectations of them winning tonight game was there. Real Madrid on the other have been when it comes to playing in the Champions League and they have continued this feat courtesy of an early goal from Karim benzema and I know they will certainly be more goals to be scored by them this evening.
