If i were frank lampard i would probably just decline this offer of being head coach for chelsea because the pressure in this club right now is too much, i mean the previous coach did alot of damage to the team and the whole team is distabilized and its almost half way to the end of the season and he is offered such job and the worst part of it is that the whole team lack orientation on proper gameplay .
With Frank Lampard's age and getting the opportunity to train Chelsea, of course this will make his old age not be enjoyed in peace because there are still challenges to improving Chelsea, which is currently not good.
