[2]: Your application was rejected for one of the possible reasons: if you have more neg feedback than positive, if there is an active flag, if you have a neutral feedback left by actmyname, or if you have neutral feedback from another DT member who flagged you as a sig spammer, if you are abusing posting in mega threads. Also, how evenly distributed your posts are in relation to the number of threads in which these posts were written. Depending on how many users from your local section have applied and how often you move from one campaign to another, etc.
