Posting your TXID here would help us understand better but MetaMask shouldn't even accept a TRX address as a valid one when you're using the BSC network. You would get something like this instead:
As for your problem with the support, then as I have mentioned before. You need to contact the support (or maybe ask them here as well[1]) and wait, there's no other way because you can't access your private keys with Kucoin.
