I don't know about the XGO exchange it looks very foreign because just heard about it now about good margin trading capabilities I think there are still some more known exchanges that offer better than this too so I would never try unless it's a reputable one or already famous all along.

I saw the XGO announcement on bitcointalk and it looks like it's official but they just launched it yesterday.

But still, their ANN is not very interesting if you see there is no intention to promote it here.
