Well at the momemt, you will already see where Bitcoin price have reclaimed back to and at that we must equally speculate with a lot of data and facts that will support our speculation even though we may not be accurate on what direction Bitcoin price will go, but at the moment Bitcoin have relied heavily on the 30k price region for quite a while now and that is a pointer that Bitcoin is beginning to build liquidity around that price benchmarks. And going forward there is the possibility that the price will move above 35k to build more resistance around 30k-35k for another round.

You are right many potential investors missed the last Bitcoin price discount when Bitcoin pull back to around 16k some months ago and also touched below 20k multiple times before the current market pick that has pushed us back to 30k and building up to 31k+ to claim around the 35k region very soon.

Many missed the discount but then it's better late than never so I believe there will be more opportunities to buy Bitcoin at a discounted price and let's see what will come along with that.
