If they're a scam they aren't very good they just lost $2419. There is no minimum deposit and it is provably fair. Before you call anything a scam be sure of it.
And secondly, you claim the owners of this site recommend bitcointalk to you as a place to review/rate them, why would they ask you to do this when they don't even have an Announcement thread on this forum?
Why don't the administrators of this casino officially introduce this casino to the forum users themselves, before asking players to review the casino here?
