I mean, if this a known scam, ban them, close the thread but why should you punish the users just for trying to earn some $$$? 
That's exactly what I was thinking too. If it's a scam campaign, why haven't they been banned already? Why are they promoting a fraudulent gambling project? OP should have resolved the issue before launching the campaign, that would get many accounts that apply and promote it on risk to be tagged. I mean, if this a known scam, ban them, close the thread but why should you punish the users just for trying to earn some $$$?
