Selling a player as valuable as Mason Mount in order to avoid the financial penalty won't be pleasant for the Chelsea team. His presence is still desperately needed in the team right now, as the club is expected to withdraw from all European competitions except the Premier League, giving them the necessary time and attention to build the necessary strong team from the current squad. I think Osimhen situation will not be an easy one. One team I am definitely sure that wont buy Osimhen will be Manchester City, they have Haaland and they wont need him at all. On the other hand, from Real Madrid to United to Liverpool, and many other teams in the world will want him. The price tag must be at least 80 million and there arent a lot of teams that can pay that. Neymar is an issue and mbappe can play left wing so even PSG could end up buying him as well. I personally believe there are at least 6-7 teams, united, real, psg, liverpool, chelsea, barcelona, even juventus. These type of situation should be a big bidding war and what is 80 million right now, could become 100 even 120 million in the long run when these teams start bidding more than each other and raise the price.
It will be good if Osimehn's price increases when numerous clubs make offers for him. 80 million is a small sum to pay to be on him given his status and current form. Any club that eventually signs him won't consider the money they spent on him, but rather the value and progress he would have brought to the team by that point.
