A question is why there are only 280 people, it should be close to 500 stakeholders, isn't it?
Or maybe I misunderstand ?

I'm still confused by this: are there 1000 unique shareholders or 500? I keep getting linked to a poll in which the results say 500 won, but then the dev posts things like this. Can we just get a definitive number on the unique shareholders, please? Further, the answer should be clearly stated on the OP.
