Me writing a reply was to only point out, why delay & wait for others to join? Why not genrate the outcome within a deadline.

Time constraints freebies are always good to create online traffic. Next is to post this thread link on games & rounds child board. It will surely get us more traffic.

One last thing needs to be added as a rule on this ANN is that "anyone who wants to participate in this raffle must have create 5 intersting on the main Indian local board with minimum 2 Merits on that topic".
