Brazil has emerged as an attractive destination for cryptocurrency miners thanks to its affordable electricity rates, which are cheaper than those found in the United States and Russia. According to data published by kWh Analytics, Brazil's average industrial power costs ($0.04 per kilowatt hour) are lower than what most US states charge ($0.13 per kilowatt hour), with only 6 states having slightly cheaper rates than Brazil. Similarly, Brazil's electricity costs compare favorably against those of Paraguay ($0.045), yet the latter lacks proper legal framework, posing additional challenges for potential mining operation. In contrast, Brazil provides a level of legal security when compared to Paraguay, offering peace of mind to operators seeking stable and secure environments for conducting business. While these comparisons showcase Brazil's relative affordability, they do not take into account climactic differences affecting equipment efficiency; however, overall, Brazil seems poised to become an important player in the worldwide cryptocurrency ecosystem given its competitiveness across multiple dimensions
