Please correct me if I am wrongEven in today's modern world, except for a few people in Europe-America, the general public of the entire world does not have a proper understanding of Bitcoin.

Except European-American, anyone who have a little idea about Bitcoin also have misconceptions. Due to this problem, many people are unable to invest in a great platform like Bitcoin even if they want to. This problem may not seem like a big deal to many, but think about third world countries. A sad reality is, in my country 80-90% of the population are not familiar with Bitcoin.
Is there any way to solve this problem? Actually in Europe/America the percent of people not familiar with bitcoin is pretty the same, and misconception is not uncommon too. As for education... It depends on the type of works someone is planning to do with cryptocurrencies: I think that investment doesn't require specific education, it is just the question of having some money affordable for investment along with general invesing experience. As for studies on specific cryptography, hardware, software, programming and management of cryptoprojects, there surely are some new programs in most high schools of the world, and it can turn out that some third world universities teach things better than those in Europe/America. So for education the best way to start is to contact local high school about cryptocurrency programs...
