Regardless of the opportunity or not it's not important because they have to be like that and it's like an obligation for Chelsea regardless of anything.

But the case of Chelsea is that they are nowhere close to top four and no hope for Europa League and there is no hope for Europa conference League.That is the worst of it.
I can also say that Chelsea problem was not Graham Potter. Even if it was Tuchel, that is leading the club, they would still be in a very serious mess.
