A good Liverpool win but it looks like Liverpool just had a good day and Leeds United had a really bad one. Then these kinds of results can occur. It could also be that Liverpool lose 2-0 to the number 16 in the league next week. It's just very volatile at Liverpool this season, that's the team's biggest problem. They can't keep their level and Mane is missed anyway. Cody Gakpo has made the switch from PSV but is having a very difficult time and seems to be struggling with the high level in England. Liverpool must fight for the title again next season and try to secure qualification for the CL this season.
The big problem with Liverpool, this season is not the ability to score goals. Those guys score a lot of goals as you can see in their last match against Leeds, they able to score upto 6goals. We cannot also forget their match against Manchester United that they scored 7 goals. I think it is also Liverpool that scored the highest amount of goals this season against Bournemouth(9 goals). So their problem is not the ability to score goals. Their problem is high level of inconsistency. This started when they will win Manchester City this week and they will lose to Nottingham Forest next week. That is the problem of Liverpool. And it started immediately Mane left the club. For Liverpool to do well next season, they will have to solve their problem of consistency.
