Chelsea really performed well in the first half to blocked Real Madrid not to score a single goal in the first half, because Chelsea defenders didn't give Real Madrid strikers any chance to have access to their goalpost than to made the first half ended up draw 0-0. Real Madrid goalkeeper really help their team to avoid disgrace from Chelsea, because Chelsea gain many opportunities that would have given Chelsea three goals to weak the power of Real Madrid but Real Madrid goalkeeper saved all the balls not to allow Chelsea to achieve a single goal through out the match. Indeed Real Madrid deserved that victory, because they really prepared to eliminate Chelsea from the tournament which they did by defeated Chelsea 2-0.
From the team line up and formation of Chelsea at the beginning of the match, I can say they didn't plan to win the Match, playing 5 natural defenders in a match that you want more than three (3) goals seems impossible, I thought Chelsea would have come out to play more attacking football formation that playing defensive game in that match. Playing such formation with 5 defenders would have been when you have won a match with at least two goals different or in a match that you want a draw, because more defenders in a match will make it to lack creativity and chances to goals.
