He can't send PM to casino representative because this forum in default will not allow you to receive PM by newbie, so the casino representative need to allow it. It's better for him to create a new thread ask everyone experience on the casino he want to gamble rather than spamming in all casinos thread.
Even though it is clear that casinos have Tos and FAQs to inform rules and conditions for gamblers who will join the casino. Things like this should be a concern for most gamblers, especially about the KYC verification rules, which in my opinion are not liked by many gamblers.
Don't worry, it's not the casino fault. The gambler have two choices too, he either verify his account to get his money or he not verify his account and let their money stuck in the casino.
