Take a break.
Play for fun.
Don't chase your losses.
Stick to your Limits.
Gamble Responsibly.
It's actually easy to say or advice this kind of things but believe me it is really hard to follow it. I think you will be responsible gambler if from the start you already practicing how to be a good gambler. For example from the start you managed to practice how you would manage your bankroll, practicing not to exceed on your weekly budget and especially controlling your emotion whenever you are losing.
The most important thing is that we can care for ourselves while gambling and always pay attention to the limits.
And if you feel you have had enough of gambling, stop immediately and don't try to play one more round because that can make you want to play gambling even longer.
If you feel you are not strong enough to control your emotions, try to keep learning so that you can become a responsible gambler.
Gambling responsibly is difficult but we must keep trying so we don't lose much money.
