p2pool works another way than traditional pools, one basic fact must be taken into account to determine on which p2pool network to mine, larger (higher global hashrate) p2pool network results in higher (share) difficulty for miners thus it's harder to get work accepted and being paid. For this reason, it's better to split p2pool into more smaller networks. There are currently three:
1st - https://p2pool.vertcoin.org or http://lovok.no-ip.com:81 (for miners with more than 3MHs)
2nd - http://p2pscanner.no-ip.org or http://lovok.no-ip.com:82 (for miners with 1,5MHs - 3MHs)
3rd - http://lovok.no-ip.com (for miners with less than 1,5MHs)
I make alias name.
1st network - http://lovok.no-ip.com:81 - above 3 MH/s https://p2pool.vertcoin.org
2nd network - http://lovok.no-ip.com:82 - 1,5 - 3 MH/s https://p2pool-2.vertcoin.org
3rd network - http://lovok.no-ip.com - below 1,5 MH/s https://p2pool-3.vertcoin.org

Just a heads up, this one is on the 1st network. http://q30.qhor.net:9171/static/

Dont you think 3 networks are too confusing?

Dont you think that relying on your 1st network node for all miners and telling them that changing pseudo-share difficulty will solve all their problems is very misleading?
