I think the political office should be for individuals with certain certificates or qualifications not for any random person who doesn't know what exactly a political office is and what is the role he or she has to play in the office, the reason for so many dysfunctional political systems is as a result uneducated and inexperience office political office holders.
This is the major problem being faced in most African countries, we're there only small limits to political offices and this has made it easy for the political enrollment of uneducated politicians who has no intellectual contributions to the development and programs of the government, they have made governance in most African state slid into corruption since the head has no intellectual capacity to run the affairs of the state.
