Bitcointalk.org does not have a staff or a virtual assistant who will call you. There is no provision for phone numbers in the site, how come someone called you and claimed to be from bitcoin.org.
To enable us guide you better, can you tell us the type of conversation that ensured between you and the person that called you. From there we can know what is really happening and the type of scam it is if it's a scam.
