To be honest I expected Napoli to be one of the teams that qualified but unfortunately they failed it's not about luck but indeed Milan deserved it more
But unfortunately Milan and Inter will face each other so one of them is certain not to reach the final, its very sad. Usually when it reaches final a team from the Italian league is unstoppable we still remember when Inter destroyed strong teams a few years ago.
I also expected the same, I guessed Napoli to qualify but sadly AC Milan kicked them out. Actually, Napoli deserved more but they have a problem of injured players. Some key players got injured, so they failed to maintain good perfromance. AC Milan takes advantage of the problem, so they can win against Napoli.

Yes. In the semi-final, once again we see all Italian teams to face. However, it guarantees 1 Italian team in the final round. We don't know whether Italian team will be superior or not in the final round. The current condition of Italian teams aren't like the few years ago. I think the top teams in EPL and La Liga are stronger than Italian teams nowadays.

Surely you are not the only ones who think that Napoli will be able to advance to the semifinals, but I also think the same thing but Napoli's situation is unfavorable with injuries received by important players this season and I think maybe Napoli's ration is only to be able to win the Scudetto this season just. In the semifinals we will still see teams from the Italian representatives who will compete. This makes the competition between Milan and Inter heats up to be able to get rid of each other and get a ticket to the Champions League final.

But indeed I agree with you, that teams from Italy are still losing in percentage to winning the Champions League title this season because the great strength is still held by teams from England and also teams from Spain in the past few seasons.
