Real Estate is seen as old fashioned and not considered by some people but it should never be underrated or not mentioned because it can be more profitable when you invest your money in Real Estate than when you invest in crypto, or even buy gold. Real Estate should always be on the list if you are looking to diversify and have multiple good investments.
