In fact, if you are lazy to read casino rules, you must fight against them. in the sense that the gambler must be willing to read every entry into a casino that he just found out about and then read the important sections on KYC, VPN and which countries are prohibited by the casino.
So that gamblers have no reason to be lazy to read, while there are other, easier ways to read the gist of all the problems that often occur in casinos, and I think all gamblers can learn this.[/left]
When you accept the terms you are showing them you have read all the terms and are comfortable with it whether it's KYC related or VPN or any other but after that if you say casino is not allowing you to withdraw funds without KYC or freeze your account because you were playing from prohibited country using VPN then how come you raise a accusations against them? So you must look into it once without being lazy to read the terms.
Unfortunately not everyone is doing since most of the time people just check the box where they agree that they read the terms of agreement without reading it. They didn't acknowledge the risk since they are confident that they are not doing illegal actions and get any bad strike to the casino. We should avoid this and we always need to acknowledge the TOS of the casino since this could save us some time to understand the current situation especially if there is a requirement ask due to some activities we commit.

Why everyone just do tick in a box and not read the terms and conditions mentioned in casino site ? Maybe because there is no way one can move forward without accepting the TOS and most gamblers will just accept the terms thinking it is written in good faith keeping in view of the interest of the gambler.

I think the gamblers need to change this mind set and start reading the terms and conditions thoroughly before depositing and playing at the casino. This will help them to avoid many surprises later.
