Nah, it may fall or not, still quite unclear. It means little for a possible recovery of the Ukrainian land. When it comes it will come as 15 miles advances in RF territory. But... no no... nothing of that is happening. Keep calm and try not to bomb Belgorod by mistake. Seems that the RF army is so eager in killing civilians that they may have gone berserk on their own people.
