Just to make it clear, it's not an account trader because he simply doesn't have any accounts. This is just a scammer:

SCAM

His method is:

He informs that escrow on Bitcointalk is risky because after some time after the transaction, escrow (or his forum fellow) can still give red trust.

He proposes that if you first send 50% he will send the login details and later you can send the rest.

I go for Full Member for $50 - so I sent $25 and the scammer disappeared.
