I'm favorites Manchester City to impress in the semi-finals and qualify for the final. But I think they really had to fight hard to beat the reigning champions last season. Madrid are still the best in the competition, but that doesn't mean they will be as lucky as the previous season to qualify for the final.

Manchester City has been consistently impressive this season, both in the Premier League and in the Champions League. Their semifinal meeting against Madrid will be a tough and challenging one. Because the other two teams competing in the semifinals are so weak, the match would have been better off and more fascinating to watch in the finals. When either of the other two semifinal teams advances to the final, neither Manchester City nor Real Madrid can be defeated by them.

It is all about the revenge this time and I hope that it is a fair game where luck doesn't decide in the end. As hectic and exciting it is to see a team turn around the game in the 90th minute, but if it is a deflected shot that kills your performance in the end, that shouldn't happen twice in a row. Manchester City was the much better team last year already. I hope for this year that the better team, not the more lucky team, takes it home. But I also think that this year Real Madrid is better than last year. With Guardiola as their manager, their game plan will be on point. But it's not like Ancelotti has no idea how to beat the best of the best opponents!
