Do you honestly think Messi will go back to Barcelona to play for them and reduce his pay cut by tons of it if he can continue to play in PSG? Thats not happening especiall when Messi has nothing more to prove to the world after he won the world cup
Yes, I think Messi will return to Barcelona because for a player like Messi with the personality he got, that's important to play in a team where he can get the respect he can't get in PSG, sometimes there are many other things more important than the salary he can get, also I think he can get retired like a legend for this team instead of playing in Asian or American teams.
I don't feel that in this case PSG doesn't respect Messi because regardless of any condition he is indeed one of the players who is made like a golden boy there too.
His performance is also still quite decent, it's just that there are still many people who expect too much about better conditions even though it is certain that with this age condition it is a bit difficult to do and the current top assists are actually proof that Messi's performance is very good there.
On the other hand, for Barcelona, they need to make some moves by releasing lots of players to bring in Messi.
