There's definitely a use for it, but it'd probably be used on a smaller scale in contrast to the previous one... The first thing that comes to my mind is donation campaigns ^{[e.g. this or this]}, and then some of the games in the games and rounds sub-board ^{[it can also be used on the collectibles sub-board for special cases]}.
