After being linked with Chelsea for a long time we are seeing Neymar speculated with Manchester United as well. If Manchester United really become a rival in this race then I think they would have the upper hand on him to sign. Because they are most probably going to qualify for the Champions League. But Chelsea are having a terrible season in the meantime. I don't think they have can convince with him only money in this case.
The movement of Neymar to Manchester United may not be feasible for now pending who will be the new owners of Manchester United. If the Arab community men will be able to procure Manchester United, this will mean that they will be able to approve the kind of investment to bring the big names into the old Trafford. Bur before this will happen, let us not be too optimistic about it because it may not happen anyways.
