Shocking to witnessed both elite club competing for the league title losing over the weekend games. Carlo Ancelotti have too much on his mind, right now he have given up on the laliga challenge and facing Pep Guardiola, because both amazing coaches have unfinished business to settle in UCL. Real madrid attention is divided, they have a tough game to play against Manchester city who are desperate for the UCL trophy.  failed to take advantage of the defeat of their preeminent rivalry for the laliga title. Barcelona lose to an average club, the same circumstances applied to the Los blancos.
There is no tremendous pressure on Real Madrid's part especially in La Liga, but Ancelotti really needs to rest some players as his title hopes are not as good as before. But obviously, winning every match is very important because Barcelona is also still very likely to lose some of the remaining matches this season. Really I really think these two big teams are both unlucky this week because they were beaten surprisingly by two mid-table teams Girona and Rayo Vallecano.

La Liga leaves only 7 matches for the average team, meanwhile Barcelona is still 11 points ahead of Real Madrid even if they lose. Obviously this is very profitable for Barcelona because they do not have many distractions for their title chances which they are very likely to achieve this season. Barcelona only need 3 wins and 1 draw to secure the title from Real Madrid, so I don't think we have many chances to expect Barcelona to slip up before the end of the season.
