The first is that your father actually bought 50,000 bitcoins, and if we assume that he bought it at a price of one dollar, this means that at least $50,000 of his money has disappeared. If your father lost such an amount, it is better that you hire an expert because the possibility of recovering that money is $likely.
If you do not notice a decrease in financial flows from your father's money, then it is likely that this file is scam. Someone tried to scam your father and make him believe that he has this amount.
