If your BCD token is locked and requires betting requirements to open it, then you need to consider whether the amount of the bet you are making can be commensurate with the locked BCD nominal so that there are no too large losses just for opening and taking a number of tokens.
For now, BCD has decreased in price and it's better for you to leave it alone for a while until it experiences a slight increase in price so that the profits you can take are bigger, friend.
