You have to wait until you determine you will wait. But they will not give you any solution and you will not get any money from them. You have to wait just to waste your time. You should forget about the site as you will have no benefit. They are proven scammer and you have been scammed by them.
Little wonder that person is still expecting a response from 1xbit when it's clear that 1xbit ignores every complaint that is here.
I understand maybe that person really feels lost but if there is no response I think that person should stop complaining here.
