So which one is it? How is it controlled and who exactly are these "financial authorities"? Because that's really shady and vague.
As to my knowledge UAE has several several financial authorities, like countries often do. So if i google about it, or ask about them, who is going to back your story up and admit that they are controlling your layer 0 blockchain? Or are you just making this up?
