professional gamblers are there mate , they will not be called as professional gamblers if they are addicted or stupid in this field , those people are known to be expert in all areas of gambling and yes they can control completely their attitude and behavior.

Wouldn't really put professional gamblers up a pedestal about addiction and whatnot. They can still be addicted really, it's just they're more likely not to become one since they've been gambling for so long that they know what's up with it. Being a professional doesn't exactly mean you're immune to being an addict, it simply means you're being paid to do whatever said activity is.
