Based on the thread link you provided, I believe your issue has not been attended to either because the team has been very busy or because you have not convinced them enough that you are the rightful owner of the account since there is already another active account that also has the same claim to account ownership.
One user claims to have the older Ethereum address used on the account since 2018, and you claim to have a Bitcoin address, which you have managed to sign in with, but the other user hasn't because a Bitcoin address is the only valid way to use it. I also noticed most members did not agree with your used address and proposed you use an older address, which you haven't, which I think might add to things that make your issue pending to date. I don't know, but it's just my guess.
The other user you referred to is the hacker who took control of the account with his access to my PC file and email, and he has become inactive since then, I am well aware of how long it takes for admin to attend to account-related issues that have to do with secrets questions usage because of the previous compromise that happened in the forum some time ago.
So I am sure the team are just following the normal procedures and I know for sure in the long run the account is going to be recovered but until then I will remain active with thos account.
