Perez achieved 5 of 6 wins in city circuits - it can't be coincidence. This time het lucky that timing for Verstappen pit stop wasn't good and safety car was released after it. But c'mon, luck can't always be on Verstappens's side.
FIA screwed up again by releasing photographers to pit lane, while Ocon was still yet to pit. Ok, this time nothing bad didn't happened, except that some people will have to change their underpants, but next time such accident may have really fatalic outcome.

can Perez fight for the title against Max until the end of the season?
I don't think the other team can gain 1 second per lap in races to compete with them.
I think that he is capable to do it, but Red Bull simply won't allow him to fight.
