Some smaller platforms might have unique games you won't see elsewhere, communities more suited for the kind of person you are. Or more personalized service.
Of course, you may pay a price with fewer options. And certainly don't go to a site just because it's small. Smaller sites may on average be more willing to scam customers.
That said, bigger platforms can get overly bureaucratic, loose touch with their roots and what not.
Can you give me an example of a site with "new" and innovative games that are offered by smaller sites, that have not been used on large sites? I am not talking about a new interface for crash, but a whole new concept and game engine.

I do agree with you.... bigger sites are losing touch with the smaller gamblers, because they focus too much on the highrollers. It's unfortunate that smaller gamblers are being neglected, because several 1000's of smaller gamblers ..make up 1 or 2 highrollers.
