OP, do you still have access to the first email from your account? when viewing the log history of the account, the password change starts from the email and secret question. I assumed the account had switched users at least 1 time.
but if you still have the original email from that account, you can send a message to the admin with that email. because usually admins won't miss a case like this for long if they already know about it and there are no other problems. send them another pm, wish you luck.
