Little wonder that person is still expecting a response from 1xbit when it's clear that 1xbit ignores every complaint that is here.
I understand maybe that person really feels lost but if there is no response I think that person should stop complaining here.
Very sorry for that person but there is no other way than just letting the money go.
You, I, and/or everyone might be right in this case that when there is no response then there is no benefit for complaining. Also, the person who lost the fund and/or account knows about it but when making this type of loss may think that if s/he makes a post then might be able to get a good response though that doesn't happen.
