We can't recover our lost funds from scammers, they have gone and never give back your money that is what I understand. Sorry, but any services pertaining to helping recover their funds can't be trusted because there is no way to get them, honestly.
Say it simply that any service that offers to help recover lost funds is a scam itself. Don't get fooled. No matter how convincing they may sound, it is an extended scam meant to still further scam any person that their coin have been taken.
If you are a victim of scammers and your coins have been stolen, it is best you get over it quickly, find out the mistakes and vulnerabilities that compromise your security and try to fix those mistakes to ensure they do not happen again.
