Little wonder that person is still expecting a response from 1xbit when it's clear that 1xbit ignores every complaint that is here.
I understand maybe that person really feels lost but if there is no response I think that person should stop complaining here.
Very sorry for that person but there is no other way than just letting the money go.

It is even worse than ignoring, if you have been paying attention you may realize that then they acknowledge the existence of ghostingura2 is not for solving his problems but rather they implied he is the only responsible for his loses, since he activated the self-exclusion or got self-excluded for some reason regarding his previous gambling addiction.

Not even mentioning the humiliation people had to face when the scammer pretending to be the new 1xbit management came around to try to deceive all of us and the victims.  Roll Eyes
