Not only suspicious but is somehow defrauding.  We all know that in cryptocurrency, once sent it will never be reversed.  That is the beauty of cryptocurrency specifically Bitcoin.  The immutability feature of the Bitcoin transaction prevents reversing payment or canceling it once confirmed in the network. 

@OP you can get other non-crypto people to get interested in your service but not in this forum.  We are well aware that fund once transferred and confirmed is impossible to recover.  Those hacked exchanges and projects are having a hard time recovering funds from hacking and most of them ended in vain.  They have the money and influence but yet they failed in recovering funds.  The victim of hacking may more or less lose more if they ask you for help because they will be paying you for your service which will probably end up stalling and prolonging the promise which is more likely to end up undelivered.  So I will suggest that the reader should think carefully before dealing with @OP.
