Investing pension funds in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is a controversial topic. Some experts argue that cryptocurrencies are too volatile and risky for pension funds, which tend to be more conservative and risk-averse investors. Therefore, whether or not it is safe to invest pension funds in Bitcoin depends on individual risk tolerance and regulatory frameworks.
Volatility and its risk will be the top main concern if you are going to invest your retirement fund with Bitcoin, this is a high risk and high reward and I’m sure some can’t afford to take such risk because of being afraid. Better to have some financial advisor and seek for what is better for you, don’t just listen to any hype because your future will be at risk and you might regret it. Bitcoin is good for me but I don’t see this option for my retirement funds.
