Mourinho is a very peculiar coach, discipline in the team is important to him and I noticed such a thing, if the players and listen to him, then the team shows the best results. On teams with a lot of star players, this didn't work because he had too many conflicts with players who didn't want to give in to his "quirks", like warming up in the parking lot before a match, when he was in Manchester United.
In my opinion, everything is not so bad in Roma, I mean the relationship with the players. And I think if Roma manages to finish the season in the top 4, then Mourinho will definitely get a good budget to strengthen the team, but to tell you the truth, I don’t believe that this is within the power of the current Roma.
Mourinho is a bit tougher what I know, Mou's discipline is indeed very high but there are several players who don't like that behavior for which Mou is punished.
But I always don't deny Mou's badness, he is still a very good coach and always brings his team to win and now Roma is still in the semi-finals stage in the European league, and in Serie A there is a battle for the top 4 in the standings the opportunity is still quite large and depends on the strategy and Mourinho's tactics.
I think that there will be great motivation for Roma if they manage to finish in the top 4 let alone bring the Europa League title even though we think it will be very impossible, but at least this team together with Roma has taken a better step.
What's more interesting now is Roma vs Leverkusen.
Xabi Alonso takes the team to a good step. He is a new coach, while Mou is an experienced coach who has won several European championships.
Watching them duel in a strategic battle would be even more interesting.
