Smart people never hold real estate but invest in crypto for long term. The young generation that is in the digital world today and will come in the future will not have the use of real estate at all. Bitcoin will invest and all transactions and necessary work will be done by Bitcoin and the value of real estate will be totally isolated at some point.
All the billionaires in the world own a lot of real estate, and I think they are smarter, a hundred times richer than us. To put it bluntly, why would you, me, and everyone here invest in bitcoin or crypto? The simple answer is that since we don't have a lot of money to invest in real estate, we want some kind of asset that can make us rich quickly, keeping up with the wealth of others.
I agree that bitcoin is slowly becoming an investment trend that receives more attention than a traditional asset. But it should not be overstated and denied the importance of real estate. It will always be the safest investment in the world as the demand for it has never decreased.
